You can pick up the order at our warehouse in Best.
You will receive an e-mail from us when the order is ready for collection at our warehouse in Best. Your order cannot be picked up earlier.

The opening hours of our pick-up warehouse are:

Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00

There are 3 different ways in which your order can be shipped.
Based on the weight, size, and if your order is fragile, the correct shipping method is automatically chosen with the order.

Delivery times

We mention the delivery time on the website as up-to-date as possible, due to sudden rush it can happen that the delivery time differs. We indicate the time when we send an order. This does not include the time of shipment. We have no control over the lead time of your order, your shipment may be delayed. As soon as an order lands in our system, your order will be placed in our automatic picking system and prepared for shipment. It is no longer possible to change or cancel your order once it has landed in our system.

Did you choose the pickup option? Then you will receive a separate collection message from us by e-mail. The order cannot be picked up earlier.

- Mentioned delivery time is without Dutch bank holidays
- With an order with large numbers of the same product, the delivery time may be longer.
- Orders sent by pallet will be delivered one day later.  
- DPD never leaves a package without a signature. A signature of the recipient is a requirement of the DPD.
- Partial deliveries are not possible, with several delivery times the longest delivery time will be use for your entire order.
