Red Rooster compressed-air chain hoists are specially developed for various industries and offshore applications. Compressed-air chain hoists are extremely safe because they do not require electricity or petrol. Compressed-air hoists are driven by air. Electric hoists are often less suitable in explosion-sensitive or humid environments. In such situations, the pneumatic hoist is more suitable.

When to use a compressed-air hoist?

Some situations lend themselves better to using a pneumatic hoist rather than one driven by electricity or petrol. The reason is fire safety. With compressed-air hoists, sparks cannot occur because the hoists are powered by air.
