Fall arrest device for loads

Moving heavy and large materials in the air poses dangers. This can lead to very dangerous situations and major damage if cargo falls down. This can be prevented by installing a load safety device. A load safety device is a fall arrest device for loads. A load-securing device basically works the same as a fall arrest device. The wire rope is coiled in the arrestor's drum and attached to the load. When the wire rope rolls out as the result of a load falling, the brake arrests the wire rope and the load is stopped in its fall.

At Liftinggear-shop, we offer load restraints with a maximum weight of 1,000 kg. The working length we offer is up to 11 meters. The wire rope and hooks are vane steel. Also, our load fall arrest devices are according to the directive of 2014/34/EU. That means it must not produce potentially catastrophic sparks, making it safe to use in environments where even a small ignition could cause a disaster. For example, in petrochemical environments or mining.
