Safety on the workplace is something we are dedicated to. We think you can guarantee that safety by only using high-quality hoisting and lifting equipment. We supply such high-quality and safe equipment. Products meet at least the statutory requirements and EKH guidelines. We make absolutely no concessions in this respect. We carefully select our product range ourselves and only the best brands are added. Not only that, but we select suppliers based on the reliability of delivery, working conditions, quality, sustainability, and price. As a result, we stand behind our products 100%. With a competitive price, we like to show you that quality and safety are also affordable.

All products can be supplied with a certificate upon request at an extra charge. The certificate number corresponds to the number printed, engraved, or stamped on the product. When you certify a product, you can demonstrate during inspections and accidents that you have done everything possible to ensure the safety of the user. Warranty

Free repair in case of production defect
All our products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that the invoice serves as your warranty proof. A legal guarantee applies to all products you purchase from us. This means that an article must be in good condition and function properly under normal use. If you receive an item where this is not the case, we will provide a suitable solution as soon as possible. Depending on the product, this will be done by replacement, repair, or refund.

Paid repair in case of user damage
When a product is defective due to your own fault, this is called user damage. This is not covered by the warranty. We will still help you repair the product, but you have to pay for this. We will first examine your product and make an offer, so you can decide whether you want us to repair it. Furthermore, we will charge an examination fee.

Product maintenance
Maintenance and inspection must be carried out annually by an EKH company. The warranty only applies to normal use according to EKH guidelines. For an electric chain hoist, wear parts such as carbon brushes, brake discs and brake linings are excluded from the warranty.

Do you repair/inspect my product at my location, or do I have to send it to you?
Repair and inspection is only possible at our premises. You can send the product to us (the cost of sending is for your own account). You also have the option of dropping off the product at our warehouse. To send or drop off a product for repair, please contact our customer service.

Who will repair my product?
We have our own technicians who inspect and repair the products.
