We have the ratchet straps in various colors and various sizes, 25 mm 35 mm 50 mm ratchet strap and 75 mm straps. What are tension ratchet straps for?

A lashing strap is a versatile tool that can be used in a wide range of situations and is usually used for securing and securing a load. In the logistics and transport sector, in addition to ratchet straps, load lashers, load binders, and tension chain slings are often used. A lashing strap is perfect for securing loads in trucks and vans. Lashing straps are also typically used for securing a load on a trailer. Because the lashing straps are made of 100% polyester, they have a very light net weight, are strong, and will not damage the load.

How do you use ratchet straps?

Tension straps consist of a strap with a ratchet and pointed hooks at the ends, to which the strap can be attached. When the strap is secured by the pointed hooks and the object is securely enclosed, the tension strap can be tensioned by the ratchet. You do this by first unlocking the ratchet via the lever. Then you move the ratchet back and forth in the right direction so that the tension strap is tightened. When the tension strap is properly tensioned, move the ratchet back to its closed position (flat). When you now release the lever, the tension strap is locked and cannot come loose. You can release the tension strap by pressing the release lever and moving the ratchet all the way to its open position, i.e., to the other side of the strap. Now you can pull the strap out of the strap slot.

The black, purple, and fluorescent straps are fitted with a luxurious black ratchet and black hooks. Our lashing straps are fitted with claw hooks (1006 pointed hooks) as standard and are also available with e-fittings. The 25, 35, and 50 mm lashing straps have a vulcanized grip that is much stronger, more durable, and safer (except for the ergo ratchet straps). The labels are stitched all around on the lashing strap for a firm attachment, this increases the lifespan because without this label the strap may no longer be used. All our lashing straps are made of 100% high-quality polyester and are manufactured according to the safety standard NEN-EN 12195-2.
