Return procedure at Liftinggear-shop

We strive for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but understand that there may be situations where you want to return or cancel a product. Here’s how to do this and what guidelines to follow.

Return policy

You have the option of returning all or part of your order within 30 days of receiving it. The period starts the day after receiving the order. For a successful return, we ask you to consider the following points:

Register: You can request a return digitally by completing the return form in full.

Packaging: Return packages will only be accepted if they are packed in the original box, possibly with a protective outer box.

RMA number: A return will only be accepted if there is a clear RMA number on the package. This number will be provided via email after your return request has been approved.

Customization: Products specifically ordered to your specifications cannot be returned.

Inspection: Upon receipt, returned products will be inspected. If products are incomplete or damaged, refunds will not be processed. Any costs for a new shipment will then be at your own expense.

Refund: Once we have received your return and completed the inspection, we will start the refund process. Within fourteen days of the completion of this process, a refund will be issued via the payment method you used.

  • Products on sale

Which products can be returned but are subject to a 30% return fee?

  • Chain assemblies
  • Chain hoists, lever hoists, electric hoists
  • All products of the brands; Terrier, GreenPin, Pewag
  • Steel lifting slings
  • Assembled product

Also important:

  • Certificate and shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Cancel order?

In addition to our return policy, we also have guidelines for cancelling orders requested after they are placed. We use an automated picking system, which allows your order to be picked up immediately after it is placed. Unfortunately, it is not possible to interrupt this process. A 30% penalty discount will also apply in such cases.

Canceling an order, even if it has a longer delivery time, has financial consequences. For products with a longer delivery time, we place an order directly with the supplier. As long as we stay within the specified delivery time, a 30% penalty discount applies to cancellations. This discount does not apply outside this time frame. Please note that the shipping time listed on our website does not include shipping time; it is in addition to this. We also ask you to keep in mind that pallet shipments take longer than shipments of regular packages.
