A wire rope fits twice in these stainless steel talurit clamps. This makes it easy to make a loop or something similar on a stainless steel wire rope. The ferrule is clamped by pressing with a pressing tong or a special pressing machine. During the pressing of the crimp, the stainless steel ferrule melts around the cable as it were, and cannot be pulled loose anymore. When using a pressing tong, the pressing should be done at the front of the sleeve.

These press sleeves have a universal application. They are mainly used for finishing stainless steel wire ropes with a loop. These loops can be reinforced with stainless steel thimbles. In addition, they can also be used to extend a wire rope.
