The TRC RED ROOSTER series 0.5 - 2 tons has been specially developed for industrial use and has a robust cast steel housing. The valve block is identical for all models. Standard equipped with load limiter. The air hoists are ATEX certified and can therefore be used in various industries, such as the offshore oil industry, assembly lines, power plants,
refineries, chemical plants, engineering machinery, shipyards, foundries, oil storage and many other industries.

Because air hoists do not generate sparks, they are suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. In some cases it is better to use a pneumatic chain hoist instead of an electric chain hoist. The reason for this is fire safety. Electric chain hoists can generate sparks. This is very dangerous when working with flammable substances. Compressed air hoists work by pumping air, so there is no chance of a spark.

Due to their properties and easy installation, air hoists are also suitable to replace existing hoist installations or as a temporary solution for hoisting and lifting work.

The characteristics of this hoist is that the speed is infinitely variable. With this hoist the load can be precisely positioned with optimal control. The hoist has a compact design including end stop. In addition, it is possible to obtain the hoist with a push-button operation or with a cord operation. The load limiter is built-in without loss of height.

The price includes three meters lifting height and two meters operating length, excluding a chain box.
