This is how you use your Ratchet Hoist

  •  A ratchet hoist is great for securing loads on a truck. Always be sure to observe both the manual and tension force specified on the nameplate;
  •  The hook on both the top and bottom must be in a perpendicular line above the center of gravity of the load when lifting, to prevent the load from swinging;
  •  It is not permitted to stand under a lifted load;
  •  Loads shall not be left in lifted condition for long periods of time or unattended;
  •  Do not move a load until you are satisfied that the load is properly hooked or that there are no persons in range for danger;
  •  When suspending the device, take care that the hoisting tool can be operated in such a way without danger from the device itself, the carrier or the load;
  •  The device can be operated within a temperature range of -10 °C and +50 °C. In extreme conditions, consult the manufacturer;
  •  At temperatures below 0° Celsius, check the brake for freezing;
  •  The accident prevention and safety regulations for hand-operated hoisting equipment in the country in which you use the device must be observed at all times.
