Visual control before use

  • A visual inspection before using the tool reduces the risk of danger and thus creates more safety on the shop floor.
  • Hydraulic jacks:
  •  Always use hydraulic jacks on a level surface when lifting the load;
  •  Always work under a load that is supported;
  •  Never use a cylinder incorrectly coupled to the operational pump;
  •  Never exceed the rated capacity of the hydraulic cylinder;
  •  Never lift a load greater than the rated capacity of the cylinder.
  • Hi-force hydraulic sets:
  •  When connecting a pump, ensure that the rated pressure capacity is suitable for the HI-FORCE cylinder;
  •  Keep hydraulic equipment away from flames and direct heat;
  •  Hydraulic equipment should only be operated by a qualified technician;
  •  Immediately replace worn or damaged parts only with genuine HI-FORCE parts;

 Whenever possible, use a pressure gauge to check the system.
