HI-FORCE's extensive range of hydraulic cylinders offers a solution for every application. Our range of HI-FORCE includes a wide selection with options for capacity, stroke rate, single or double-acting operation, of both steel and aluminum con.
Hydraulic Jacks
All models have 700 bar maximum working pressure and capacities ranging from 4.5 tons to 1012 tons. HI-FORCE Hydraulic Cylinders feature the best available components and can handle the most demanding applications in the harshest working environments.
+ 700 bar max. working pressure;
+ Single acting;
+ Spring for assisted return flow;
+ Mounting brackets.
The Hi-FORCE range of hydraulic systems is designed and manufactured for:
- Essential high quality performance.
- Safe operation with the product. Efficient, strong and convenient to use.
- The high-quality design and construction of all models, with the best materials available.
Hydraulic HI-FORCE sets
The HVL sets are perfect for precision work where a large (hydraulic) auger cannot reach. With a height of 28 to 65 mm and a WLL of 10, 20, 32 and even up to 109 tons (on request) this is a real powerhouse.
Visual control before use
- A visual inspection before using the tool reduces the risk of danger and thus creates more safety on the shop floor.
- Hydraulic jacks:
- Always use hydraulic jacks on a level surface when lifting the load;
- Always work under a load that is supported;
- Never use a cylinder incorrectly coupled to the operational pump;
- Never exceed the rated capacity of the hydraulic cylinder;
- Never lift a load greater than the rated capacity of the cylinder.
- Hi-force hydraulic sets:
- When connecting a pump, ensure that the rated pressure capacity is suitable for the HI-FORCE cylinder;
- Keep hydraulic equipment away from flames and direct heat;
- Hydraulic equipment should only be operated by a qualified technician;
- Immediately replace worn or damaged parts only with genuine HI-FORCE parts;
Whenever possible, use a pressure gauge to check the system.
