Safety Lanyard | Webbing | ATEX
On paper, this safety line appears to be identical to non-ATEX safety lines. The plus for this design, however, is the use of polyester with anti-static properties. This means that it should not produce potentially catastrophic sparks, making it safe to use in environments where even a minor ignition can cause disaster. For example in petrochemical environments or in mining.
In terms of connectors, you get an aluminum scaffolding hook with a 60-millimeter opening, along with a screw-locking carabiner made of the same material, this time with a 22-millimeter opening.
Pair this lanyard with other ATEX classified Fall arrest devices and you will be productive in even the most hazardous environments.
