How do I return my order?
We only want to offer the best products with the highest quality. We hope that you are satisfied with these products. There may, however, be a reason to return your purchased product. If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return the order / product within 30 days after delivery. This period starts on the day after you received your order. In order to return your product you'll need to fill in our return form. Download the form here.
- Check your product if it is in its original condition;
- Fill in the return form as complete as possible;
- Add the (copy) Packing slip and Return form to your package;
- Order number must be stated on the package;
- Ship the package to the return address.
In order to return your product it is necessary to fill in our return form as complete as possible and add it to your return package.
- Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes of alterations.
- Certificate costs & shipping costs are not refunded.
- You must arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself
- Assembled products (such as 2 or 4 legged chain slings, hoists etc.) & Terrier clamps are eligible for return but a penalty of 20% applies.
- Attention! Assembled Stainless Steel products are eligible for return but a penalty of 30% applies.
- In case of malfunction on a jack, hand- or ratchet hoist, electric hoist winch, carefully describe the problem as complete as possible in the return form. When returning a product, all associated parts such as remote cable, power cable and remote has to be included with the return. Unfortunately incomplete products will not be accepted, because of this reason it can not be returned.
- When your return has been received by us, and we have completed the inspection / inspection, we will start the reimbursement procedure.
