Self-locking swivel hook | Ball bearing
Sometimes it is very useful—and even safer—to have a hook that can rotate smoothly and freely under load. It makes positioning and rotating the load much easier. These hooks are extremely popular because they have a great ball bearing design that allows the hook to rotate 360° under load.
Mitari safety hooks have a popular self-closing design, which means that the self-locking hook closes immediately as soon as a load is applied to the hook. The latch cannot be opened while the hook is loaded, yet releases easily once the load is released. You can open the hook by pressing the catch on the back of the hook. The hook will then open backwards.
The eye connection makes it easy to assemble the hook on various other lifting equipment.
